“Verified” is never automatic
A company is shown as Verified only after a person on our team has completed the verification checks below. Paying for a plan, completing a profile or being active on the platform does not make a company verified.

The verification process
Verification is being prepared. When it launches, companies will be able to request it from their dashboard. Each step is checked by a person.
What “Verified” does not mean
- It is not an endorsement, rating or guarantee of the company’s products, services or finances.
- It does not replace your own due diligence before signing agreements or making payments.
- Membership badges (Business, Premium, Featured) show a plan choice, not a quality check.

Company registry check
VAT number (Partita IVA) and registration are matched against the official Business Register (Registro delle Imprese / visura camerale).

Legal representative
The person requesting verification is the legal representative, or is authorised by them.

Contact details
Company email on its own domain, registered address and website are confirmed.

Team review
A reviewer approves the request. Verification is renewed every year and can be withdrawn.
