What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the forms on the platform:
- Contact form: full name, company or organisation, email, country, area of interest and your message.
- Mobile app waiting list and early access: full name, email, company (optional), what you would use the app for (optional) and the type of request.
- Digital services requests: full name, email, company and phone (optional), the services you are interested in and your project description.
- For every form: the consent you gave, the text of that consent, the page and the date and time of the request.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
- To answer your request and follow up on it — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request before any agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To keep a record that you consented — on the basis of our legal obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1)).
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Your request is read by the FVGItalia.app team at ZOE MILANO d.o.o. It is stored on our server and sent to us by email, using hosting and email providers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Where it is processed
ZOE MILANO d.o.o. is established in Serbia. We apply the GDPR to the services we offer to people in the European Union, and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client or member. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- access the data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- correct it, or complete it;
- delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- stop using it, if we rely on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent — this does not affect what we did before.
How to exercise them
Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it); in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date. Significant changes are shown on the platform.
